How to Book a Flight with FlyZafy

Booking your next trip with FlyZafy is simple. Search, compare, select, and book your flight in just a few steps.

1. Search for Your Flight

Start by entering your travel details on the FlyZafy flight search page.

Select:

• Round Trip or One Way
• Departure city or airport
• Destination city or airport
• Departure date
• Return date, if applicable
• Number of adults, children, and infants
• Preferred cabin class

Click Search Flights to see available options.

2. Compare Available Flights

Browse the available flights and choose the option that works best for your trip.

You can compare important details such as:

• Total price
• Airline
• Departure and arrival times
• Flight duration
• Number of stops
• Layover information
• Cabin class
• Baggage allowance
• Fare conditions

Use the available filters to narrow your results.

3. Select Your Flight

Once you've found the right flight, click Select or Continue.

Review your itinerary carefully before proceeding.

Make sure you check the:

• Travel dates
• Departure and destination airports
• Flight times
• Connections and layovers
• Operating airline
• Fare conditions
• Baggage information
• Total price

4. Enter Traveler Information

Enter the required information for each passenger.

Your name should exactly match your passport or government-issued travel document.

Depending on the itinerary, you may need to provide:

• First and middle name
• Last name
• Date of birth
• Gender, when required
• Nationality
• Passport information
• Passport expiration date
• Email address
• Phone number

Incorrect passenger information may result in airline fees or difficulty traveling, and some airlines may not permit name changes after ticketing.

5. Add Travel Options

Depending on the airline and fare selected, additional options may be available, such as:

Seat Selection Choose your preferred seat when available. Some seats may require an additional payment.

Baggage Review your included baggage allowance and purchase additional baggage when available.

Other optional services may also be offered depending on the airline and itinerary.

6. Review Your Booking

Before making payment, carefully review your entire reservation.

Check:

Traveler Information → Flight Details → Fare Rules → Baggage → Total Price

Pay particular attention to the ticket's change and cancellation conditions.

Some discounted fares may be non-refundable or non-changeable.

7. Complete Payment

Select an available payment method and enter the required billing information.

Review the final amount and click Pay & Book or the applicable checkout button.

For your security, certain transactions may require additional verification.

Do not refresh the page or submit the payment multiple times while your transaction is processing.

8. Receive Your Confirmation

After your reservation has been successfully processed, you will receive booking information using the email address provided during checkout.

Your confirmation may include:

• FlyZafy booking reference
• Airline booking reference/PNR
• Flight itinerary
• Traveler information
• Payment details
• Ticket status

9. Receive Your E-Ticket

Once your airline ticket has been successfully issued, your booking details will include an e-ticket number.

A booking confirmation or payment authorization alone does not necessarily mean that the airline ticket has been issued.

If payment has been completed but you have not received your ticket information, please contact FlyZafy Support before making another booking.

10. Manage Your Trip

After booking, keep your booking reference and e-ticket information available.

Depending on your ticket and airline rules, you may be able to request:

• Flight changes
• Cancellation
• Refund
• Seat selection
• Additional baggage
• Special assistance
• Other booking services

Airline fare rules and additional charges may apply.

Before leaving for the airport, we recommend that you:
