Travel & Airline Disclaimer

Last Updated: August 29, 2026

This Travel & Airline Disclaimer applies to travel reservations and related services made available through FlyZafy LLC (“FlyZafy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

FlyZafy provides travel booking, reservation, ticketing, and related technology services. Flights and other travel services are operated or ultimately provided by independent airlines and other travel suppliers.

By using FlyZafy or purchasing travel through our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

1. FlyZafy's Role

FlyZafy facilitates the search, reservation, purchase, and servicing of travel products.

The actual transportation service is provided by the applicable airline or other Travel Supplier.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, FlyZafy does not operate aircraft and does not control an airline's day-to-day operations.

Airlines are responsible for operating their flights in accordance with their applicable conditions of carriage, policies, and legal obligations.

2. Airline Terms and Conditions

Every airline ticket is subject to the applicable airline's:

  • Conditions of carriage
  • Fare rules
  • Baggage policies
  • Check-in requirements
  • Boarding requirements
  • Change and cancellation policies
  • Refund rules
  • No-show policies
  • Other applicable terms

By purchasing a ticket, travelers may also become subject to a separate contract of carriage with the airline.

FlyZafy cannot override airline rules except where an airline authorizes us to do so or applicable law requires otherwise.

3. Flight Information

FlyZafy receives flight information from airlines, reservation systems, travel suppliers, and other third-party sources.

Information may include:

  • Flight schedules
  • Availability
  • Fares
  • Aircraft information
  • Baggage allowance
  • Fare conditions
  • Connection information
  • Seat availability
  • Airport and terminal information

We work to provide accurate information, but travel information can change without notice.

Travelers should verify important flight details with the operating airline before departure.

4. Airfare and Availability

Airline fares and seat availability can change rapidly.

A fare displayed in search results is not guaranteed until the booking and ticketing process has been successfully completed.

A reservation is considered ticketed when a valid airline electronic ticket has been issued, where applicable.

A payment authorization or booking request alone does not necessarily mean that a ticket has been issued.

5. Flight Delays and Cancellations

Airlines control their flight operations.

Flights may be delayed, canceled, diverted, rescheduled, or otherwise changed because of circumstances including:

  • Weather
  • Aircraft maintenance
  • Crew availability
  • Air traffic control
  • Airport operations
  • Security issues
  • Government restrictions
  • Strikes
  • Natural disasters
  • Operational decisions
  • Other circumstances

FlyZafy generally does not control these events.

When FlyZafy receives relevant schedule-change or cancellation information, we may attempt to communicate it to affected customers.

Travelers should independently check their flight status with the airline before traveling to the airport.

6. Schedule Changes

Airlines may change:

  • Departure times
  • Arrival times
  • Flight numbers
  • Aircraft
  • Routes
  • Connection points
  • Airports
  • Terminals
  • Operating carriers

A significant schedule change may provide certain rebooking or refund options depending on airline policy and applicable law.

Contact FlyZafy Support if an airline change materially affects your itinerary.

7. Airline-Canceled Flights

If an airline cancels a flight, available options may include rebooking, alternative transportation, travel credit, or a refund.

Eligibility depends on the circumstances, applicable airline rules, and applicable law.

Where applicable law requires a refund and the traveler meets the applicable requirements, FlyZafy will process or facilitate the eligible request according to those requirements.

8. Connections

Travelers are responsible for reviewing connection times and itinerary details.

Connections may require:

  • Changing terminals
  • Changing airports
  • Passing through security again
  • Collecting and rechecking baggage
  • Completing immigration procedures
  • Completing customs procedures
  • Obtaining a transit visa

Requirements vary by airport, airline, country, and itinerary.

9. Separate Tickets and Self-Transfers

Some itineraries may involve separate airline tickets or self-transfer arrangements.

When flights are issued on separate tickets, one airline may have no responsibility for a missed flight on another ticket.

For example, if the first flight is delayed and you miss a separately ticketed second flight, the second airline may require you to purchase a new ticket.

Where FlyZafy offers an itinerary involving separate tickets or self-transfer, review the itinerary details and applicable disclosures carefully before purchasing.

10. Baggage

Baggage rules are determined by airlines.

Baggage allowances may vary based on:

  • Airline
  • Route
  • Fare type
  • Cabin
  • Frequent-flyer status
  • Operating carrier
  • Marketing carrier

Some fares may not include checked baggage.

Additional baggage fees may apply.

For itineraries involving multiple airlines, baggage rules may differ between flight segments.

Travelers should verify current baggage policies directly with the applicable airline before travel.

11. Baggage Loss, Delay, or Damage

Airlines are generally responsible for handling checked baggage during transportation.

Claims involving lost, delayed, or damaged baggage should normally be reported directly to the airline at the airport as soon as possible.

Keep baggage receipts, tags, boarding passes, and any documentation provided by the airline.

FlyZafy may assist with general information but does not physically control airline baggage operations.

12. Seats

Seat maps and seat availability may be supplied by airlines or reservation systems.

A requested or purchased seat may be changed by the airline for operational, safety, aircraft, or other reasons.

Final seating decisions remain subject to airline policies and operational requirements.

13. Check-In and Boarding

Travelers are responsible for meeting airline check-in and boarding deadlines.

Depending on the itinerary, travelers may need to:

  • Check in online
  • Present identification
  • Present a passport
  • Present a visa or other travel authorization
  • Check baggage before a deadline
  • Arrive at the boarding gate before it closes

Failure to meet airline requirements may result in denied boarding or no-show status.

14. No-Shows

If you fail to board a scheduled flight without properly changing or canceling the reservation, the airline may classify you as a no-show.

The airline may then cancel subsequent segments of the itinerary.

No-show penalties may also result in loss of some or all of the ticket's remaining value.

If you believe you may miss your flight, contact the airline or FlyZafy as quickly as possible.

15. Passports

Travelers are responsible for carrying valid passports and other identification required for their journey.

Some countries require passports to remain valid for a specified period beyond the travel dates.

Requirements vary based on destination, transit points, nationality, residency, and other circumstances.

16. Visas and Transit Visas

Travelers are responsible for determining whether they require:

  • Entry visas
  • Transit visas
  • Electronic travel authorizations
  • Residence permits
  • Return or onward tickets
  • Other immigration documentation

A traveler may require a transit visa even when they do not intend to leave the airport.

FlyZafy does not guarantee that a traveler will be permitted to enter or transit through any country.

17. Health and Travel Requirements

Destinations may impose health or entry requirements.

Travelers are responsible for checking applicable requirements with authoritative government or health sources before travel.

Requirements can change with little notice.

18. Immigration and Border Decisions

Immigration, customs, and border-control authorities have final authority regarding admission into or transit through a country.

Possessing an airline ticket, passport, visa, or other travel authorization does not guarantee admission.

FlyZafy is not responsible for decisions made by governmental authorities, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

19. Denied Boarding

An airline may deny boarding for reasons including:

  • Missing travel documents
  • Late check-in
  • Late arrival at the gate
  • Security requirements
  • Government restrictions
  • Airline safety requirements
  • Overbooking
  • Other circumstances permitted by applicable law

Passenger rights in a denied-boarding situation depend on the reason, jurisdiction, airline, and applicable law.

20. Travel Insurance

FlyZafy recommends that travelers consider whether appropriate travel insurance is suitable for their trip.

Depending on the policy, insurance may provide coverage for certain:

  • Trip cancellations
  • Trip interruptions
  • Medical emergencies
  • Travel delays
  • Lost or delayed baggage
  • Other covered events

Coverage varies by policy.

Travel insurance does not guarantee reimbursement for every travel disruption.

21. Airline Bankruptcies or Cessation of Operations

FlyZafy does not control an airline's financial condition or continued operation.

If an airline becomes insolvent, enters bankruptcy, suspends service, or ceases operations, refund or alternative travel options may depend on the airline, payment provider, applicable insurance, or applicable law.

22. Force Majeure and Events Beyond Our Control

Travel may be affected by circumstances outside FlyZafy's reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • War or civil unrest
  • Government actions
  • Public-health emergencies
  • Airport closures
  • Air traffic restrictions
  • Labor disputes
  • Security incidents
  • Telecommunications failures
  • Supplier system failures

FlyZafy's responsibility for such events is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

23. Third-Party Travel Services

FlyZafy may provide access to services offered by independent third parties.

These providers are responsible for delivering their respective services and may impose separate terms and conditions.

FlyZafy does not control the independent actions of these providers.

24. Limitation of Responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FlyZafy is not responsible for losses caused solely by the independent acts or omissions of airlines or other Travel Suppliers, including operational flight delays, cancellations, baggage handling, aircraft substitutions, or supplier service failures.

However, nothing in this Disclaimer eliminates or restricts any responsibility FlyZafy has under applicable law.

25. Traveler Responsibility

Before completing a booking and before traveling, customers should carefully review:

Passenger Names → Travel Dates → Airports → Flight Times → Connections → Fare Rules → Baggage → Passport → Visa Requirements

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate booking information and meeting applicable airline, airport, immigration, customs, health, and governmental requirements.

26. Changes to This Disclaimer

FlyZafy may update this Travel & Airline Disclaimer periodically to reflect changes in our Services, airline practices, or applicable requirements.

The latest version will be published on the FlyZafy website with an updated effective date.

27. Contact FlyZafy
